Bi-Monthly Meetings 

Open to anyone interested in attending. Most meetings feature demonstrations by talented members or guest artists. 

Member Recognition 

Our artists are celebrated throughout the year, including the “Artist of the Year” award—voted on in May and announced each December. 

A Community That Welcomes Everyone 

Our guild is governed by the membership, not a board—every voice matters from day one. Artists of all experience levels, as well as art-loving patrons, are encouraged to join. 

Art Exhibits & Sales 

Original artwork created by our members is displayed and available for purchase at venues across the area. 

Annual Juried Art Show 

Our paid members may enter our annual juried exhibition, open to all media. 

Awards include:
Best of Show (Cash Award & Ribbon) First, Second & Third Place (Cash Awards & Ribbons)
Honorable Mentions (Ribbons) 

Workshops 

We host hands-on workshops covering a wide range of mediums and techniques. These are open to the public for a small fee. 

Jefferson County Art Guild welcomes all fine artists working in 2D or 3D media. Member specialties include: 

Oil, Acrylic & Watercolor Painting Mixed Media & Multimedia Art Photography
Flame Working & Metalsmithing Pencil, Colored Pencil, Pastels & Charcoal 

Pottery & Ceramics Printmaking

Meetings are Bimonthly (Jan., Mar., May, July, Sept., Nov.)
